It is recommended that each person should pre-arrange his or her funeral, burial and/or cremation wishes. It does not cost anything, and it only takes a short time to give a funeral professional your biographical and funeral information: birthplace, father and mother's names, relatives, funeral details, etc. This will make it a lot easier on your family at the time of death.
